Then Ken Silvestein stops in to talk about how Cleveland has reacting to LeBron going to the Lakers, a trade proposal from Jimmy B and a hit on the Browns. Finally the guys get ready for the night in sports.

The guys open up the show talking about the news/Twitter engagement from Hawkeye cornerback Manny Rugumba and tight end Shaun Beyer. Then Zubin Mehenti stops by as they talk plenty about the NBA off season and summer league along with some baseball.

Jim & Trent begin the hour talking MLB with Zach Rymer, Lead MLB Writer at Bleacher Report as they look at the Cubs, trade deadline, the failures of the Twins and the Baby Braves. Then John Cannon comes in and the guys talk more about the NBA free agent period including Boogie Cousins going to the Warriors and what's that mean for the league as a whole going forward.

Lou Sipolt worked with Larry for a number of years and joined the guys to talk about their time together and give some memories as does John Cannon who worked with Larry nationally and then talks a little LeBron/NBA.
