In this edition My Favorite DJ is DJ A-Run. This mix is a great representation of how a clean flow can stand alone without scratching or crazy tone play. While the mixing is very clean, this mix is technically simple which makes it even HARDER to sound dope. Relying on just the music, this mix is a class in song selection and progression. I made a mix of how I would play the first 45 minutes of a club. I imagine the club to be top 40 maybe leaning towards hip hop. The mix is based on a club that goes from empty to slowly filling up.
