Culture is basically the environment you are in and how you work with the people you are with.  In episode 65, Heath, Cody, and Brandon had some fun, told some stories and dropped some information that they have learned about the topic of culture over the years that can be beneficial to anyone trying to create a better culture in the organization they are a part of.

This week Heath and Cody along with their wives made the journey down to the Turks and Caicos islands!  Anytime you can go somewhere where there is white sand, the water is blue, and the sun is bright, it is bound to be a good time!  Pair that with an opportunity to GoRemote™ and explore some islands it is a trip to remember.  With just a few hours left, Heath and Cody stopped to recap the trip and bring you along on the Tour!

In this episode, Heath and Cody had the pleasure of visiting with Aaron Keller of Big and J and Swagger Bipods and Rusty Smith of Outdoor Product Innovations.  The conversation was centered around Hunting, the state of the Outdoor Industry and building brands but, as always, there were a few surprise pieces of conversation that will leave you wondering about the innovation of a Bidet!

In episode 62, Heath and Cody celebrated a big win for the Arkansas Razorbacks, which is a big deal for any Razorback fan, talked about thanksgiving, and shared a simple principle to help you get where you want to be in business, leadership, and life.  It's all about the little things!

Last week on the Tour 12 Podcast we mentioned that we would be releasing the name of a brand that we have been working on.  Today is the day that we release the name and purpose behind the brand!  Our goal is to take you on a journey of building a brand from the ground up! Today starts that journey!

When everybody's hunting, you talk about hunting! That's just the way it is in November when you hunt Whitetail deer.  In this podcast, we talked more about Heath and Brandon's hunt in Ohio, talked a little about kids hunting, and a few more deer stories!

After a week of hunting in Southern Ohio, Heath and Brandon sat down and recorded a podcast with Shag!  You won't want to miss this episode because you'll hear banjos, drums, and Brandon pulls out the spoons and shows off his musical talent!

It's sweet November and our crew is spread all over from Ohio to Oklahoma to Arkansas.  This week we throwback to one of our most downloaded episodes with Aaron Keller and Josh Kinser of Big&J and Swagger Bipods.  In that episode, we go down the entertaining and somewhat blunt conversation road of being an innovator in the outdoor industry.  It is aa lengthy discussion that includes more than a few rabbit trails. However, with all that being said Big & J and Swagger Bipods are both innovative companies at their core and have had major success in the outdoor industry with both brands.  It's a conversation we can all learn from and we believe it has what we consider to be; entertaining value at its finest.  

Heath, Cody, Brandon and Aaron Keller spent the morning checking food plots and stopped to talk about how exciting November is for deer hunting.  They also called Andy Stanphill of Hardwoods South to get the story on his 200" Kansas buck!

Heath and Cody recapped the conversation with John Sewell and discussed if it was realistic to believe you can live your passion.
