Why is the XFL back and how did it fail the first time?  Vince McMahon, the man behind the WWE wrestling empire, decided that the NFL wasn’t entertaining enough for the fans. There were too many rules, aspects of the game felt slow, and players weren’t allowed to stand out from the team.  He wanted a new and different presentation.
