Synopsis
With mental health becoming less of a taboo subject in recent times, counsellor and Dramatherapist, Bruce Guthrie explores ideas as well as new and established approaches to helping others grow, recover and experience better Mental Health. The programme is made by - and for - people whove experienced mental illness and emotional suffering in all its forms. It brings people together to share what works for them in terms of navigating their way through lifes sometimes immense challenges.
