"Hot Rod" Rowdy Roddy Piper has been involved in many Christmas angles over the years. We will cover three in particular here but mostly we are focused on the one from 1985 where he appeared on an episode of Tuesday Night Titans. He came with a film he wanted to show. It turned out to be his version of A Christmas Carol with Piper himself in the role of Scrooge! This angle might be the peak of it but it also has some surprisingly good elements. Vince is full evil heel and Stephanie is an over babyface and the program they have together is truly emotional and well played by both. Season 6 - Episode #9: Shawn Michaels The Super Seller It was an outstanding build with some of Shawn Michaels best heel work. And it was turned into a joke. In 2005 Hulk Hogan had returned to the WWE again and started a program with Michaels. Michaels turned heel and did a great job hyping what was supposed to be a three match series starting at SummerSlam. Hogan had other ideas and instead everything was thrown out to have Hogan win a classic Hogan match and that be it. Season 6 - Episode #8: Mickie James: Trish Stratus Superfan Mickie James first arrived in WWE in October 2005. She was immediately thrust into the spotlight by being paired with Women's Champion Trish Stratus. She was her biggest fan at first and it often made things bizarre and very awkward between the two.
