Sabrina talks with Spence Chase of AgriPulse to get the latest on those topics from Washington D.C. She chats with Kevin Skunes about his time as president of the National Corn Grower's Association and his new role as chairman. Skunes gives his insight into the farm bill and trade agreement as well. We get a weather update from DTN Meteorologist Bryce Anderson and find out how soggy weather is impacting harvest conditions.
