Synopsis

YOU, ME, EMPATHY, created and hosted by Non Wels, is a podcast about exploring the struggles we face in our day to day lives as humans trying to get by on this overwhelming and magnificent pale blue dot.The intent of YOU, ME, EMPATHY is to talk openly, without judgment, about our neuroses, our mental illnesses, our shared anxieties and worries, to create a dialog that is vulnerable and deeply human and empatheticand to share that dialog with others to inspire further dialog and insight so we can, together, break down the stigma that make us feel shame and guilt for struggling, for feeling our feelings, for being human.YOU, ME, EMPATHY is a safe place. A conversation between friends. A place to inspire the empathy and beauty in all of us.
