This week on Gay’s PSA, I will have two incredible authors on the air with me to tell us about their books. First, I will have Derek Jones on the air. Derek is an assistant football coach at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. We crossed paths when he played football as a cornerback for the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) while I was in law school there. He is the author of the book, “Always Play to Win”!! Our other author is a fellow alumnus of my undergraduate alma mater, the University of Southern Mississippi. Deborah Quave is a minister of dance, praise and worship leader, motivational speaker and social entrepreneur. She is the author of “The 30-day Speak Life Challenge” and she is founder and CEO of the “Use your words” movement. She spends a great deal of her time travelling the globe delivering messages of restorative communication. I am so excited about sharing the air with my fellow alumns and I know that they will leave you inspired and informed.

In light of the recent shooting in Las Vegas, we decided to take a look at how people view terrorism.  Some people come out immediately to defend muslims and redirect the attention of the American people for their own political agenda.  Cathy and I have decided to take a look at what terrorism is?  Was this an act of terrorism or was this an act of mass murder?  Should we expect more?  Could this have been avoided? Of course it goes without saying the left will start blaming guns.  We will unpack it all tonight at 7pm. Join the conversation.
