Building Your "Reading Muscles" To Read 105 Books In a Year
19/03/2018 Duration: 08minIn this episode, I talk about how I built my "reading muscles" to read 105 books in 2017. I suggest two methods which are having a daily "pages" or "time" reading goal. For example, read 1 page in the morning and one page in the evening. The same with a time goal where you read 5 minutes in the morning then 5 minutes in the afternoon. Once you feel comfortable with your goal keep adding more pages or time so you keep building those "reading muscles." In the beginning, I suggest reading 200 pages or less entertaining books or books on subjects that you are very interested in.
