  Tonight is Part 1 of a two part STR fan-recap of the incredible Season 7 Finale of ‘Castle’.  We also formally learned from the “ABC Upfronts” today in NYC that Castle has been renewed for a Season 8. In addition, ABC confirmed Stana Katic [Beckett] and Nathan Fillion [Castle] will both be back for more performances in the characters we know and love dearly as "Caskett". Most Castle fans are still blown away by last night's episode, "Resurrection" - which was directed by Bill Roe and written by David Amann.
