    16/01/2019 Duration: 01h06min

SUPRA! SUPRA! SUPRA! This is our first podcast episode of 2019 that we actually recorded in 2019, and there’s a bit of news this week, and it’s GOOD news ladies and gentlemen! The new Toyota Supra has been OFFICIALLY launched at the Detroit Auto Show. We bang on about the new Supra, and the BMW Z4, for a fair bit this episode, and it was a lot of fun (there may have been multiple Great Northern’s had #SponsorUsToo). We then move onto a few other cars, the Subaru WRX STI S209 (US only), Cadillac’s new electric SUV (again, US only), autonomous cars at CES 2019, the Ford GT500 being imported into Australia by Mustang Motorsports, and then we argue about ADR laws. Then Joseph talks about the woes of his AP Racing Big Brake Kit’s wheel fitment with his RPF1’s. • Mitchell's Missing

    16/12/2018 Duration: 55min

We're back with episode 77, and a man down; Mitch isn't on this week because he scored a ticket to go see Jim Jefferies. However, Mr Ben Sewell of Pencil's Ballercast makes a return this week in place of Mitchell. This week, the boys start off by talking about absolute nonsense, before starting off with Matt talking about what he's done to his 105 Series this week, and getting it scratched last weekend. Then, just to mix things up, Ben talks about beer! He talks about Newstead Brewing Co.'s new beer 'Ale-y Oop'. Joseph then talks about a bit of news. He talks about the new Jeep Wrangler's 1 Star Euro-NCAP score. This then develops into a discussion about how relevant the 1 Star is to Jeep buyers. Somehow, Ben has Hyundai car news... Which is weird. Then Matt talks about Hyundai committing to hydrogen cars, Skoda dropping the price on the base Fabia, and Mazda coming out with an orange limited edition MX-5 starting at $38k, and Ford not selling as much of the 2018/19 Mustang as they'd hope. Then Joseph t

We start off with Chrysler being killed off in New Zealand, and their complete lack of 'damns' to give on their website and spell-check. Then we talk about Mazda confirming the return of the rotary, but not how we would have hoped. Porsche announces the 935, a retro-inspired track-only version of the GT2 RS; with custom bodywork and livery. The 935 splits the panel. Continuing with the Porsche news, Porsche has confirmed the 911 Speedster that was teased a few months back. Joseph then brings up some news on Citroen saying they're going to be focusing on 'style and comfort', and after some bollocks, we talk about BMW releasing the new 3-Series at the Paris Motor Show. We then offend the Pope, and transition on to give Joe and the Cartastrophe365 podcast guys a shout-out because they gave us a shout-out. Then Matt gives us an update on what car the kid he works with ended up getting. Matt

  • Full Stancenation

Joseph then causes a massive argument between himself and Matt about the rear muffler in a stock 86 and its diffuser properties, both poorly using maths and science. We then talk about the wider 86/BRZ club, and how the Instagram and Stance community has tarnished the community. We then transition on to a discussion about 86's speakers and their sound quality, or lack-there-of according to Matt. • Pancake And Flattened

    16/09/2018 Duration: 52min

It's a slow news week this week, but we still find a bit of stuff to talk about. This week we start off with some absolute bollocks before kicking off officially. Joseph kicks off the news this week with pricing for the HSV Camaro that has just been released and continues on to talk about Queensland Police cracking down on modified 4x4's, and Matt talks about what the current standards are for lifting a 4x4 in Qld. Mitch then talks about Lexus being the first to market with a camera side mirror system with the ES. This then gets us talking about how long 'modern' cars are designed to work, and their future parts availability. Then Mitch asks the boys how it was that they got interested in cars, which we got into talking about racing video games. It's then a return of Joel's Motorcycle Minute, which turns into a few more minutes than that. Then Mitch talks about the 2019 Subaru BRZ update. We then offer some consumer advice.

  • We're Not Opinionated

    09/09/2018 Duration: 58min

It's the original trio this week for episode 63. First this week, we talk about Ford and the 2020 Shelby Mustang GT500 dropping the manual from the options list. However, what really grind's Mitch's gears is the sloppy journalism from a particular online outlet. Mitch continues the bad news this week with the next Porsche allegedly putting a turbo on the next 911 GT3 (992)... Which turns into an argument. We then briefly answer a question from a listener as to what 'O/D Off' means. Joseph then asks us what cars we're fawning over, which turns into a general discussion about trucks first. Then Matt and Joseph talk about what they've done to their cars. Then we discuss our plans to tinny-bomb the front quarter panel of our Project Prado (J90), which was inspired by the tinny-patch on the bell housing. One final point, we're now on Spotify! So you can find us there, as well as everywhere else good podcasts can be found.

  • More Than You Can Afford, Pal

    02/09/2018 Duration: 01h03min

We kick off this week talking about Holden, and Holden's ridiculous number of SUV's being increased by yet another called the Acadia. We then talk about the size of new cars today, and that they're only getting bigger. We then talk about 'The Grand Tour' coming out with a video game, that preliminary reviews are saying is rubbish, much like DriveTribe. A Ferrari 250 GTO broke auction records at Pebble Beach for selling for $48million. This then transitions into a discussion about insurance, and then we continue the Ferrari talks with the 488 Pista Spider, which was unveiled at Pebble Beach. We then talk about Chrysler, and how much longer we think they'll be around. This then transitions into talking about 'Merican car brands. Suzuki has overtaken BMW to become the most profitable car manufacturers (based on profit per vehicle). We then answer a listener's question about how much horsepower is enough and finish off by playing 'Show Me What You Got' and motorcycle minute.
