Send JD a text message and be heard!I had the chance to talk to powerlifting and bodybuilding royalty.  The brothers Ray and James Benemerito with Ray in the USA Powerlifting HOF.   James is still currently powerlifting plus is a martial arts expert.  Mike Ilaria looking to compete in bodybuilding again in his sixties and Denise Paglia had a very successful career in bodybuilding at a time when not many women were in the industry.  It started for all of them at Olympia Gym.  All sports.
