Delphi Murders Update ////// 625www.TrueCrimeGarage.com Friday, October 28, 2022; there was breaking news in the Delphi murders case that an arrest has been made. Today Indiana State Police confirmed the arrest of Richard Allen. He has been charged with two counts of murder. Jason Derek Brown has been on the run from the F.B.I. and the Phoenix Police now for almost 18 years. Currently Jason Derek Brown is 53 years of age. He is wanted for Unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, 1st degree murder and Armed robbery. Jason Brown is described as 5 foot 10 inches tall and 170 to 180 lbs. He is caucasian, with blond hair and green eyes. He speaks French fluently. He is believed to be using aliases that include Jason D. Brown, Derek Brown, Greg Johnson, Harline Johnson, Greg Harline Johnson, John Brown and Jay Brown. Authorities urge citizens not to engage with him but call for help immediately. His disappearance occurred sometime during a time period filled with suspicious circumstances. Nieko is technically missing from Addison, New York. He may have gone to Michigan and/or Ohio. Nieko is said to have been seen in and interacted with persons who knew him in the Franklin/ Nashville Tennessee area. His phone also shows activity in all four of the previously mentioned states all within a short timeframe of about 48 hours. Anyone with any information about Nieko or his disappearance should call 1-800-TBI-FIND, or submit a tip online by emailing TipsToTBI@tn.gov.  The Lisi family is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to Nieko's whereabouts.
