Pastor John Dobritch God wants us to always to be in an attitude of confession. When we sin, we come to God with assurance that He will forgive our sins. Before we confess our sins to God, we need to go to those we sinned against and ask for their forgiveness first. Then, we can go to God to ask for His forgiveness.

Pastor John Dobritch 01/06/2019 Throughout history, Christmas was celebrated for 12 days ending with the Feast of the Epiphany. This is the end of the 12-day segment. Epiphany means appearance or manifestation.

It is not you but God. We should never convince ourselves that we are of no use to the Kingdom adn we don't have anything of value to offer. God is the one who has shaped you into the person you are today. He has accomplished much in you. That IS valuable and WORTH sharing with the world.

Christmas Pastor John Dobritch God loves us very much and did not want to continue a broken relationship with us. He, Jesus, was the Lamb slain before the foundations of the world. This didn’t just happen at the last moment. It didn’t happen when Adam and Eve sinned. It was planned well before this time. Jesus Christ created everything and the decision was made that He would become one of us, human while maintaining his full Deity.

Pastor John Dobritch 12/16/2018 True happiness can ONLY be found in God. People are trying to find happiness in everything aside from God and they are coming up empty. They discover that happiness is not found in anything that is offered on this earth. It is futile to believe we can find happiness outside of a relationship with God.

Pastor John Dobritch 12/09/2018 Jesus is the image of the invisible God. Jesus does not look like the invisible God because God is invisible. Jesus has the same nature, conduct, and actions of the Father. This is what it means when scriptures say that Jesus is in the very image of the invisible God.

Pastor John Dobritch 12/02/2018 We accept Christ as our Savior but He is available to all and most do not recognize Him or come to Him for Salvation. It was not just Israel who missed the Salvation of the world. There are many who are Gentiles that miss Him as well. He is available to all who will acknowledge Him as the Christ, the risen Savior of the world.

They believe that whatever they accomplish is because of their intelligence, perseverance or focus. They do not see the full picture of why they have the wherewithal to accomplish whatever it is that they pursue.

God is the source. We are not the source. All GOOD things come from God. He is the source of EVERY blessing. God uses many instruments to give us blessings. All blessings have his fingerprints all over them. HE IS THE SOURCE!!

Trust and Obey Pastor John Dobritch As we walk through our trials, we MUST trust Him and continue to Obey His commands daily as we walk through the storms. There is no other way to build character in God than to walk through the trials he places in our lives. It is this adversity that strengthens us and teaches us perseverance. Psalm 42:5-11 “Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God.

Daily Walking With God Pastor John Dobritch We know that we have salvation with Jesus Christ.  But this is not all there is to being a Christian. It is a daily walk with Christ that we must have. In reality, the longer we are Christians, the more we realize how much we really do need Christ. Too many times we are so focused on what we are doing in the world, we forget to spend time with Him. If it is not about Jesus, it is not about anything.

Pastor John Dobritch 10/28/2018 Psalm 24:3-4 Humanly speaking no one can ascend the hill of the Lord. “. . . There is none righteous, no not one” It is impossible for man to enter God’s presence by him/herself. We are only able to be included by the work of Christ. Our vindication is found in Jesus Christ our Lord. If you want to be able to ascend the hill of God, it will be ONLY through Jesus Christ.

Pastor John Dobritch 10/21/2018 Water is something we need on a daily basis from a physical standpoint. We need more of the Spirit of God and Jesus Christ on a daily basis. We need spiritual water every day. When we become dehydrated, we will get weak, we lose our strength. It is the same spiritually when we are not drinking the living water that is provided by our living God through the Spirit and the Word of God.

Pastor John Dobritch 10/14/2018 We would like Jesus to come now and establish His Kingdom Now. Our reward is coming and we will be changed. Just as Jesus had to go to the cross before He could enjoy that glory, we must experience the cross as well. It is according to God’s plan for us to bear the cross before we can be fully given the Kingdom of God.

Pastor John Dobritch 10-07-2018 We have a God who rescued us from the slavery of sin. He has forgiven all our sins — past present and future. We can turn from God in the same way and worship other things. When we place other things ahead of our One True God. We have created an idol. Satan still uses idolatry to turn people away from God. It is still of his most powerful tools to turn man from God.

Pastor Dave Frye 09/30/2018 When we become believers in Christ by faith, we become freed from the participation in Adam by sharing in the death of Jesus Christ, His resurrection, His nature, suffering, and glory. We become part of His body. We now share in the fellowship, ministry, and hope of the people of God which was anticipated in the Old Testament days. And we are living its fulfillment in the Church today.

Pastor John Dobritch 09/23/2018 Hosea 2:19-20 God is the one who ordained marriage. It is an institution that was established by Him. Therefore, anyone who participates in marriage is participating in what God has established. When we become Christian, we are betrothed to Christ. God takes this relationship very seriously for we become His bride.
