Welcome to the Dr. Bubbs Performance Podcast, bridging the gaps between the fields of nutrition, training, recovery, functional medicine and brain health to help you upgrade your mental, physical and professional performance. This weekly podcast brings you in-depth conversational interviews with expert PhDs, doctors, athletes, researchers, strength coaches, entrepreneurs and high-performers to share their stories and insights, in an attempt to uncover the secret tips, tactics and strategies that allow them to perform at the top of their game.I'm a firm believer in the Pareto Principle, that 20% of your actions yields 80% of the gains, and in this podcast I'll help shine a light on the clearest, simplest and most efficient path to success.
