The Scott Thompson Show Podcast  The city’s general issues committee (GIC) voted 9-6 on Wednesday to negotiate a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Metrolinx, regarding a 14 kilometre LRT line from McMaster University to Eastgate Square.
