On February 8, 1977, 43-year-old Tony Kiritsis walked into the office of mortgage broker Dick Hall and WIRED THE BARREL OF A SAWED OFF SHOT GUN TO HALL’S NECK.  This "dead man's line" meant that if a policeman shot Kiritsis the shotgun would go off and shoot Hall in the head. The same would happen if Hall tried to escape. Kiritsis called the police from Hall's office and told them that he had taken Hall as a hostage. On July 10, 2015, two-year-old DeOrr Kunz vanished while on a camping trip with his young parents. The circumstances were...bizarre to say the least. On April 3, 2004, 23 year old Alonzo Brooks and 3 friends drove to a party in La Cygne, Kansas--about 50 miles from where they lived in Garner Kansas. It would later be said that Alonzo was the only black person at the party, and though by all accounts he was having fun, racial slurs had been directed at him. Later that night, Alonzo's three friends left the party, unknowingly stranding him there.
