    In 2012, 21-year-old Shayna Hubers shot and killed 29-year-old Ryan Poston inside Ryan's condo. Ryan was a promising young attorney in Cincinnati, Ohio. Shayna had recently graduated from the University of Kentucky and was pursuing her master's degree. The two began an on-again off-again relationship in 2011. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the tragic murder of Ryan Poston. These two young people seemingly had it all. What happened during their year-and-a-half relationship to cause things to end so badly. The prosecution claimed that Shayna killed Ryan out of jealousy. She didn't want the relationship to end and found out he was dating someone else. The defense claimed she killed Ryan out of self-defense.This is an interesting case in that there is plenty of audio, including Shayna's 911 call and her interrogation tapes.     Jaacob Van Winkle turned to alcohol and drugs at an early age. His first documented run-in with police was at the age of 16. For the rest of his free days, Jaacob was in and out or prison. Some of his crimes were despicable but it seems as though his sentences were light and he was let out to create more misery. In his early days he killed anyone that annoyed or slighted him. He went on to become a mafia hitman and eventually formed his own crime ring. He earned the Iceman moniker for his method of freezing his victims, sometimes for years, in order to confuse law enforcement as to the victim's time of death.
