Jeff Smith - Saustex Records Jeff Smith is a rock’n’roller for life. The 'B' Girls are New York City's most prominent girl band of the 70's/80's rock'n'roll/punk scene. They toured with The Clash, shared bills with Blondie, The Dead Boys, The Ramones, Elvis Costello, The Heartbreakers, Mink Deville, The Runaways and more from 1977- 1982. They only released one 45 on Bomp Records in 1978 'Fun at the Beach' backed with 'B Side'.   Their influences are girl groups of the 60's like The Shangri-Las, The Crystals and The Ronettes meets The New York Dolls, The Ramones, The Heartbreakers.
