Holly Stephey And Gary Tillery on George Harrison
14/09/2011 Duration: 01h03minJohn Lennon called himself a working class hero. George Harrison was a working class mystic. Born in Liverpool as the son of a bus conductor and a shop assistant, for the first six years of his life he lived in a house with no indoor bathroom. This book gives an honest, in-depth view of Harrison’s personal journey— from his blue-collar childhood to his role as a world-famous spiritual icon. Author Gary Tillery’s approach is warmly human and free of the fawning but insolent tone of most rock biographers. He frankly discusses the role drugs played in leading Harrison to mystical insight but emphasizes that he soon renounced psychedelics as a means to the spiritual path. It was with conscious commitment that Harrison journeyed to India, studied sitar with Ravi Shankar, practiced yoga, learned meditation from the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, and became a devotee of Hinduism. George worked hard to subdue his own ego and to understand the truth beyond appearances. He preferred to keep a low profile, but his empathy for

07/09/2011 Duration: 01h10minJoe Paulson is on a mission. He wants his audience to walk away from his shows thinking, “That song just expressed how I’ve always felt.” An Indianapolis native, Paulson first began ticklin’ the ivories at the tender age of 6. It wasn’t until he was 18 years old and on the cusp of enrolling at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana that he started delivering his soulful, introspective melodies as piano pop-rock artist. In the fall of 2007, he released The Neverending EP, a collection of seven piano driven ballads showcasing his songwriting virtuosity. Shortly after that release, he began touring at venues and festivals in countless cities all over Indiana. Paulson brings in all aspects of his life into his writing. As you listen to one of his songs, you might hear his morning run, or him sitting down to read the newspaper, or maybe the clicks of his keyboard at work, but what ever you hear will be a part of his life. Holly Stephey And Amanda Lamb and Music.
31/08/2011 Duration: 01h28minDressed in the teenage uniform of skinny jeans, t-shirts, and black Converse, Amanda Lamb may seem ordinary, but looks can be deceiving. The Southern California native’s energetic smile exudes the playfulness of youth, but when you dig a little deeper, you find an old soul. On her debut album Highwire, released on November 5, 2010, 16 year-old Amanda manages to walk the line between shimmering pop and heartfelt introspection with a sophistication beyond her years. “Every song on my album was chosen as an expression of a part of my life – happy, sad, hopeful, disappointing, fun, difficult, and everything in between,” explains Amanda. “I chose the title Highwire as a nod to the track ‘The Life of An Aerialist.’ I feel it’s the most autobiographical song on the album, because it embodies fragility as well as strength.” Singing in choirs since age 5 and playing the piano from the age of 6, Amanda began to find her own voice around the age of 12. Holly Stephey And Andi Starr, Life and Music!
26/08/2011 Duration: 01h26minAndi Starr is a classically trained pianist who picked up a $100 guitar after college and approached it much like she would a piano. Over a decade and six albums later, the resulting music reflects not only the ambiance and dynamics of her classical upbringing but has garnered comparisons between The Cranberries, early Jewel, and Tori Amos. As a traveler of the inner world, Starr’s particular gift is in turning difficult subject matter into heartfelt, sometimes haunting, and always beautiful compositions. Culturespill Magazine states: “Andi Starr hits the right notes: the notes that hurt, the notes that know you, the notes that make you meet yourself.” The World Will Follow will be Starr’s sixth album (and third studio release). In the early production phase, Starr sat down with her long-time collaborator and co-producer, S. Asher Sund, to talk about the vision. Wanting to deconstruct the “girl and her guitar” singer/songwriter image, the idea was to introduce the new, “electric” Starr, and especially

Holly Stephey Talks to Robert Agnello & Band of Innocence !
24/08/2011 Duration: 02h40sThe band of innocence is a story about seven children with an innocence so pure that they have been given powers by the creators of this world to protect this planet earth and all that live here. From Robert~ For 20 years I was a touring musician, playing in various bands and traveling around the world. Playing in a band with other musicians is just like being on a team. Being part of something where each band member helps and supports the other, with each instrument playing individually to be part of one piece of music. This is how I approached the Band of Innocence. Each child helps and supports the other to form this Band. The sum is always greater than its parts, as we all know, and these strong children band together to form an unbeatable team. I have approached everything in my life with honesty and innocence. I never judge a book by its cover and have learned that what has happened in the past is done and gone. I am a 12 year old child in a 55 year old body. I believe everyone deserves to be happy.

He studied Art at Louisiana College in Alexandria, and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. At the time, basketball was his first passion, and he played for both schools. After leaving school, he put his artistic talent on the back burner to become a restaurateur. He continued painting as a hobby, and gradually gravitated toward the monkeys he played with as a child. John says that God recently re ignited his passion to paint - and to spread the "3 Wize Monkeez" message... thus, this series. 3 Wize Monkeez Series "3 Wize Monkeez" was created from fond childhood memories of my five brothers, four sisters and I exploring my grandfather's library in uptown New Orleans. A physician and an avid reader, he had a small collection of the three wise monkeys ("Hear No Evil," "See No Evil,"and "Speak No Evil") which he kept in his library. "PaPa" even had three sterling silver monkeys on his watch fob, as a daily remind
