 Dave Kinney is the Founder of US Appraisal, a classic and collectible automotive, truck, and motorcycle appraisal company. He appraises classic antique and special interest cars and collectors. He is the publisher of the Hagerty Price Guide, a post-war price guide for classic and collectible automobiles. He is a senior member of the American Society of Appraisers. Dave is a Concours judge at numerous prestigious events around the country and a member of over a dozen professional automotive organizations. 

Adam Cramer is the Founder and CEO of Avants, a new platform that connects automotive enthusiasts and their vehicles. His first car was a Chevy Beretta GTZ and he currently drives a Cadillac CTS-V wagon and an Audi S6 wagon.

Magnus Walker’s love affair with Porsche began when he was 10 years old during a trip to the 1977 London Motor Show. In 1986 at the age of 19 he moved to Los Angeles and started his own line of clothing. That led to the acquisition of a warehouse in downtown L.A., his first Porsche, club racing, and an ever-expanding collection of vintage Porsches that he often customized in an outlaw style. His builds started gaining attention and when he produced the video Urban Outlaw things really started to accelerate. Magnus is not your stereotypical Porsche owner and there’s nothing typical about Magnus. He has an online Urban Outlaw store, a blog, a website, videos, he’s been a speaker on Ted Talks, and he travels all over the world driving Porsches and expanding his reach to fans everywhere. Today we’ll be talking about his new and first book, Dirt Don't Slow You Down.

Larry Chen is an automotive photographer in Los Angeles, California. No doubt you’ve seen his work on the cover of Hot Rod magazine and on line at Speedhunters.com. Larry has a knack for focusing in on the essence of what makes a particular car compelling and on documenting car culture at the pavement level. He has been an avid participant in driving events from autocross to track days, but it is capturing automobiles that drives his passion. He travels the world to document car culture and for a while his focus was on shooting celebrities as he ventured into the world of paparazzi. Today Larry is a Speedhunters Senior Editor, a contributor to Hot Rod magazine, he is the Pikes Peak Hillclimb and Formula Drift official photographer, and he works closely with Ken Block’s Hoonigan Racing.

Jonathan Kotyk is a young racing driver who has been competing in karts on a national and international level for years. He drives for teams including Ocala Gran Prix and Top Kart USA. This year he made the jump to F1600 Pro series and SCCA Majors representing Team Pelfrey and Gap Guard. Jonathan was selected as a team USA Scholarship recipient allowing him to compete in England at the Formula Ford Festival at Brands Hatch and in the Walter Hayes Trophy at Silverstone. With the support of Mazda, Honda, Safeisfast, Mockett, and Cooper Tires he is on his way. He’s tested a USF 2000 car before heading to Phoenix for the Mazda Road to Indy on a $200,000 scholarship. His goal is to race in the Verizon Indycar Series.

Uwe Makrutzki is the manager of factory restorations at Porsche Classic in Stuttgart, Germany. He has 36 years of experience with Porsche, including 17 years as a technician in a Porsche Center, 13 years as a sales manager at a Porsche Center and he’s been a manager of the Porsche Classic since 2014. At the Porsche Classic Center, they repair and perform factory restorations on classic Porsche automobiles using genuine Porsche parts. They have an enormously talented team of craftsmen who meticulously care of classic Porsches, ensuring their heritage and parts match those used in the original builds. Over 70% of Porsche vehicles ever built are still on the road today. Uwe and his team makes sure it stays that way using only quality made in Germany parts, with access to over 52,000 parts from over 1000 classic suppliers.  

Mark Jones is the Proprietor at Britsport of Seattle in Seattle, Washington. Since 1992 he and his talented craftsmen restore and repair classic British cars of all marques. They are a full-service restoration business performing award-winning work utilizing experience from over 30 years of painting, restoring, repairing a wide spectrum of vintage cars. They rebuild British gearboxes and Laycock overdrive units as well and perform pre-purchase inspections, in addition to buying and selling fine classic automobiles. Mark worked in the train industry in his prior profession from the time he was in high school working the graveyard shift and attending school in the daytime. He was a dispatcher, telegrapher, yard clerk and more until his passion for cars turned in to a full-time business at Britsport of Seattle.

Leigh Dorrington is an automotive researcher, writer and historian, and the founder and president of Pendine International Automotive Media and Marketing in Essex, Connecticut. He has written for numerous online publications and he is a senior contributor at Vintage Motosport. Leigh has contributed to many book projects and event programs from the Indianapolis 500 to the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance. Jay Schneider is the President of Lake Country Manufacturing in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Zachary Dillinger (no relation to John) is a freelance automotive writer and USPAP-compliant appraiser at Wipiak Consulting and Appraisers who writes about cars for RM Sotheby's and Auctions America. He also collects and restores cars with a special focus on pre-war American examples. Though his first love is cars, Zachary is also a passionate woodworker who specializes in reproducing antique American furniture. He is the author of With Saw, Plane and Chisel: Building Historic American Furniture with Hand Tools (F&W Media) as well as numerous nationally published magazine and journal articles. His second book, “Duct Tape is Flammable: an automotive life” is due out next year.

Ernie Francis Jr. is a Trans Am TA Class racer driving for Breathless Racing running a Ford Mustang TA race car. He grew up in a racing family, his father was a racer, and Ernie’s been behind the wheel since he was 13 year old when he moved from karts to a Spec Miata. At 14 he won championships in both NASA and FARA grabbing 32 top ten finishes, 26 top five finishes, 25 podiums and 21 wins. At 15 he became the youngest, licensed driver in the Pirelli World Challenge Championships earning Rookie of The Year. In 2014 he raced a Mazda MX-5 and a Camaro GTS and he claimed the title of Trans Am Champion. In 2015 he raced again in the trans Am and World Challenge. In 2016 Ernie ran a Ford Mustang Boss 302R and clinched his third straight Trans Am TA4 Championship.

Francesco Ginocchio is the Global Marketing and Communication Manager at RUPES near Milan, Italy. He’s been a part of the RUPES team for over 6 years after spending 10 years at Caterpillar as a Brand and Marketing Manager. Rupes is an Italian company with a 70-year history of designing and producing the finest in innovative machine tools and their reputation in the automotive surface care sector is world renown. Ulrich, or Ulli as his friends call him, is the Director of Global Communications for Recaro Automotive Seating in Germany. Ulli was born in Cologne/Germany in 1965 and has been working in the automotive industry for over 30 years, filling various communications roles from a free-lance journalist via sales marketing to being the global media spokesperson for the world wide leading automotive seating manufacturer Adient. In this function, Ulli is also responsible for internal and external communications for Adient’s premium brand RECARO Automotive Seating. Born as the son of an automotive engineer who took him to race tracks at a very young age, Ulli was infected with the racing virus. He worked his way up to professional touring car and GT-racing, being a factory driver for Volvo from 2002 until 2004. Justin Bell is a TV and Web Show Host with a lifetime of experience in the racing and automotive world. His career began in 1988 and since then his accomplishments include the 1997 FIA GT2 World Championship, winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1998 and a second-place finish in Le Mans and Daytona, and a pair of SCCA Trans-Am wins. He’s raced for major car manufacturers including: Saab, Peugeot, Porsche, BMW, Dodge, and General Motors. He’s driven for Dodge Viper and General Motors in their Corvette Racing Team at Daytona 24 Hours and Le mans and Petit Le Mans.
