As a life-long car enthusiast, he has made in-depth films about the British and Japanese auto industries, profiles of Stirling Moss, Alec Issigonis. and many other automotive heroes. His first book about cars is titled ‘High Performance – When Britain Ruled the Roads’, published by Simon & Schuster. Peter has had a long association with America, going back to 1974 during his time as a high school exchange student in New Jersey at Georgetown University. He got his break into broadcasting as an intern for Pacifica Radio in Washington DC. The mural in Peter’s photo was painted by Mark Wickham, a lifelong artist who painted this image when he was only 17. Mark is now 81.

He has exhibited his cars at over 200 Concours and Club events throughout the United States, including twelve consecutive showings at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Aaron and his wife Valerie drove their 1933 Cadillac V16 Phaeton in the 2012 Tournament of Roses Parade. Aaron is a member of the Checkered Flag 200 at the Petersen Automotive Museum and serves on numerous regional and national automotive organizations. He also serves and supports many charity groups and boards.

Since that spring weekend in 2010, it’s been full speed ahead. After receiving her HPDE Instructor Certification from the BMW Car Club of America, in 2013, she served as an Instructor at BMW CCA events, as well as Acura NSX and NASA. In 2013, she stepped even further out of her comfort zone and competed in her first 8-hour Endurance Race at Brainerd International Raceway. She was immediately hooked, so in 2016, Mandy earned her Competition License and has since raced with NASA, World Race League, Champ Car, Midwestern Council, PBOC, and Lucky Dog League at many major racetracks including Watkins Glen International, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Thunderhill Raceway, Road America, Mid-Ohio, Sebring International Raceway, COTA, and Daytona International Raceway.
