The Fighting Hawks will become a member of the Missouri Valley Football Conference in 2020, meaning they will play the Bison yearly with games in Fargo and Grand Forks in alternating years. The big news that Kolpack and Izzo discuss is the announcement that UND will start backup quarterback Andrew Zimmerman replacing the injured Nate Ketteringham, who was hurt in the season opener against Drake. Episode 137 - UND Game week preview
02/09/2019 Duration: 07minThe old rivals will meet again Saturday. North Dakota State and North Dakota will play for the final time as non-conference opponents Saturday at the Fargodome. UND will enter the Missouri Valley Football Conference next season and become a regular opponent on the schedule. This is the final game of a two game agreement that was scheduled back in 2014. UND came to Fargo in 2015 and the Bison won 34-9. UND received 125,000 for that game, they'll get 140,000 for this week's game. Jeff Kolpack and Dom Izzo preview the game on this week's video blog.
