Leon played with the University of Miami, winning 3 National Championships (1987, 1989 and 1991) and was drafted in the 1st round of the 1992 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers. Through his 11 years in the NFL, he experienced highs and lows which led to his desire to write an autobiography about his experiences. Mike Brodsky is a graduate from Yale & Duke’s MBA programs, a Financial Advisor & former Television producer, had come into contact with Leon through World Sports Alumni and connected to co-author Leon’s vision for the book, 4th Down and Damn "A Lineman's Story".
