The guys kick off the show talking about Houston’s climate and Lance’s Tiger Woods dream. Then they discuss the AFC South and go through the best division bets in the NFL. Next, the guys break down the TV shows they’re watching then preview tonight’s Astros-Rays game and potential postseason matchups.  

The guys start the second hour of the show looking at where the Astros are in the pecking order of baseball and if Wade Miley or Zack Greinke should start game 3 of a playoff series. Then they discuss Jadeveon Clowney trade possibilities and how the Texans will split carries among their running backs. Next, they get to the bottom of Justin Verlander-Anthony Fenech beef before wrapping things up with News of the Weird.  

The guys kick off the show comparing Lance Berkman to Alex Bregman and George Springer before discussing Andrew Luck’s unexpected retirement and his chances to return. Then they recap Saturday’s Florida-Miami college football opener then revisit the repercussions of Luck’s retirement, including their over/under wins and Colts fans demanding their season ticket back.

Guy Torry joins the show and talks about his next performance here in Houston and what he has planned and talk comedy and sports and shares some of his stories, they also talk about all the challenges going around and gives his thoughts on the Jay Z and the NFL. It’s also apologies on Fridays so the guys and callers give their apologies. Finally News of the weird to finish off the week. 

Head Coach of U of H Dana Holgorsen joins John, Raheel, and Lance to kick off the show to talk college football and past players, his recruitment process, and what’s to come from the program.

The guys start hour two speaking about how society has changed by a lot of commercials/ advertisements being LGBTQ friendly and steer into brands using sports players to advertise their brand. John, Raheel, and Del question why ESPN continues to make articles and keep talking about Carmelo Anthony, why has Lebron not given him a job, and why do NBA players love him. Detroit Free Press was blocked from coming in to interview Justin Verlander after last night’s game. Today is also Throw Shade Thursday so listeners call in and throw some shade. To end the last hour for today’s show the guys talk about the random news from around the U.S.

John and Raheel start today’s show talking about the Houston Texans dissecting what makes them just an okay team instead of one of the best teams. They then speak about who they believe are the best QBs in the past 15 years. John explains the University of Houston’s changed and new schedule for this upcoming football season. The guys then discuss the upcoming college football season that starts this Saturday. They then move on to the topic of performance-enhancing pills and how it has been affecting players in the sports industry and listeners call in and give their experiences. To end hour one, John and Raheel bring up Bill O’Brian’s performance as Texans coach and how his performance has been affecting the Houston Texans and discuss what Deshaun Watson must do this season to have a winning team.    

The Host continues the conversation of the NBA predictions. The guys talk about people licking bluebell ice cream tops and putting it back for the public to consume. Do you think people who are doing this should be sued or charged? The Way it was Wednesday is discussed. What do you remember way back when? Dr. Kevin Simms is suing UH for not getting the position of head coach of UH. They recap the Roadshow and the best interviews from Texas A&M. And a woman who thought they she had kidney stones really had triplets. 

In the first hour, the guys talk about Danuel House to throw out the first pitch at the next home Astros game. Then move on into talking about the Houston Rockets roster and 2019 schedule. Then they transition into talking about the Texans and who will make to the 53 man roster for the Houston Texans. Houston University’s first-round draft pick Ed Oliver is the Buffalo Bills preseason MVP. And the Texans pre-season MVP is an undrafted wide receiver, Tyron Johnson. Then they move on to talking about Antonio Brown and his helmet antics being on Hard Knocks. 

Raheel and Del discuss words used in his culture and they announce that Lance and John are going to have a bake-off and they discuss their plans for the future. They then talk about the Astros crappy night in Oakland against the A’s and they talk about the Texans next preseason game. The guys talk about like which states you can ask like which university they like and what not and Raheel gives his ranking what he’s looking for in the Texans preseason game. Dan Holgorsen joins John, Lance, and Raheel to talk U of H football and his philosophy and to see what’s to come from the Cougars. They talk about the listener party and Raheel found his fence builder for his house and they all talk and tell stories from the listener party. The guys talk about Jay Z and Jemele Hills comments on him partnering with the NFL and they talk about what kind of impact it has on him. They go back and talk about the listener party and John shares his story from the party. 

The guys start the final hour discussing the Louisiana topic and the beef between Debra Messing and Susan Sarandon and movies. They then talk about NFL players and teams under the microscope for the 19/20 season. It is also Throw Shade Thursday the guys and callers throw some shade. The guys then go and talk pumpkin spice flavored food specifically pumpkin spice SPAM and news of the weird. 

To start the show the John Raheel and Del talk life and then discuss the Houston Astros and the troubles they are having and the bullpen they would take to the postseason. The guys then discuss what they try and find at the listener party and a breakdown of the people in the state of Louisiana and Texas. Then they talk about the Astros payers Gerrit Cole and Yordan Alvarez. They then talk about the NFL's partnership with Jay Z for the Super Bowl halftime show.

The guys start with the discussion of Jay Z’s Deal with the NFL and what could possibly come from it. They move to the topic of Mike Tyson, his $40,000 cannabis consumption, and glow up.  They transition to discuss Empire and the plot for the last season. Will Del play one of the Osundairo brothers on Empire? Should Antonio Brown use his old helmet and how much will a used helmet cost? The Fresno Grizzly did a Taco Tuesday eating contest and a fan collapsed and rushed to the hospital.  Barstool Sports Founder and the unionizing controversy is talked about.
