Real Men of L.A. is the brainchild of a husband and father of three children ranging from 8-18 years old. I wanted to create a reality show based around men from the non-Hollywood side of Los Angeles who have everyday struggles that most working class Americans can relate to, while showing the side of Los Angeles that most people (outside of California) don't ever get to see.  The subjects of the show will be, but not limited to, African-American males but I want to also include men of other races as well.  The premise of the show is to shadow 5 men and their families as they go through their daily lives, chronicling the trials and tribulations of fatherhood and marriage while living in the busy metropolis of Los Angeles, Ca. The locations that we want to focus on will be the areas south of Hollywood and Beverly Hills, as to showcase the more "real" side of Los Angeles. The types of men and families that we will be
