Guilt and shame are persuasive mind traps.  There is shame attached to your past mistakes. These emotions TANK entire lives. You count yourself out of things based on these emotions. God wants to do something new in you today. He wants you to start fresh. Leave guilt and shame BEHIND and proceed in a new line of thinking. AGREE with God. Even if we can’t feel it, even if we don’t believe it yet we are going to agree.
