Sheriff Richard Mack, founder of The Constitutional Sheriff's and Peace Officer's Association, believes that the key to stopping the federal government from continuing to expand its powers is with local law enforcement.  Mack is on a nationwide crusade to have local sheriff's commit to uphold the constitution and to not enforce any federal mandate that is unconstitutional. On this episode Mack also brings up the issue of Obama's birth certificate and says he is convinced it is a fake.
