We met Shana during her press tour of her film Boundaries back in 2018 and then we were reunited at the 2020 Sundance  Film Festival. It's been two whole years (plus some months) but her film Run Sweetheart Run is out in the universe streaming right now on Amazon Prime. We get to catch up with Shana about using her hometown of Los Angeles as the backdrop of Run Sweetheart Run, her loyal music supervisor (who picked some great songs for the film btw), writing about periods for a film, her real life story of a date that got scary and later was the basis of Run Sweetheart Run, the movie review site Rotten Tomatoes, and more. It was great to speak with Shana again and we can't wait to see what's up her sleeve on the big screen and beyond.
