    13/02/2018 Duration: 11min

Dana dishes her thoughts on death over a glass of wine.  Specifically, Dana addresses the attitude that somehow death is a failure – but how can that be true if no one gets out alive?  Why is it wrong to die early or die of a cause or consequence or particular disease?  Dana is more impressed and interested by how people get through experiences with near-death. • Healing After #MeToo

    01/02/2018 Duration: 32min

The #MeToo campaign has started a tsunami; and Dana is waiting to see if it is going to be a tsunami of change or one of blame.  Tatiana shares her background working with indigenous peoples, and one Mayan grandmother in particular, and their beliefs – including the Mayan belief around the end of the world and the shift that took place with that on December 31, 2012.  She shared that this grandmother’s belief is that it is time for women to lead the world back into a circle.  Tatiana opined that one of the overwhelming fears right now is that if women take back the reigns of power from men, that women will use the power like man have been doing.  #MeToo, as Tatiana says, is less about power and more about women finding their voices – and, when your voice has gone unused for a long time, it does not always sound pretty.  Tatiana wants to see society use this as a catalyst and have us make adjustments and changes for the better of everyone.  Both Dana and Tatiana agree that there needs to be more education, tra

  • I am angry because I am afraid

    26/01/2018 Duration: 41min

Dana is back with a follow-up to Facebook live videos, her own and one by Ryan Thomas, where they discussed the backlash from the #MeToo campaign and how it is affecting men in general and how women are showing up. Dana is wondering if women have taken this new power too far.  She posits that there are those who have taken this opportunity to exploit the willingness to believe and the power that brings, which leads to men being afraid to take action anywhere in their lives.  Ryan opened himself to vulnerability and tackles being angry because he is afraid in his original Facebook live video; and made Dana cry cathartically. Ryan is angry at society for creating the reasons for us needing a #MeToo campaign in the first place and then he is angry that he has noticed a shift in the general conversation that men are bad (and how extremist groups are qualifying all sex, even consensual, as rape).  Ryan believes that the scrutiny that men have come under is fine and will help men (and society) grow but he’s concern

  • The Science of Why Your Energy Affects Others

    10/01/2018 Duration: 11min

Today, Dana is exploring some of the science behind energy.  Dana is fascinated by how we are interconnected and able to affect others just by our very act of being.  World events got you down? Worried about wars?  Put it aside; stop carrying that negativity and hurt around with you everywhere – it spreads. Dana knows – the convenient explanation is that if we don’t get angry and loud, nothing will change.  But what if we changed us and not tried to change events from the past or future events we don’t know about instead?  Then that change would ripple out and affect the world that way by changing your own energy’s vibration. 24/11/2017 Duration: 11min

Now 3 of the people are showing up, making the effort, meeting the accountability portion and 2 are not. Those 2 have me anxious and stressed out because I want them to have results, but it seems like I want it for them more than they do. Any tips?” Dana shares some of the advice given within the group, and then personalizes it for the specific listener who wrote in. Dana has the benefit of knowing the listener's past struggles with clients, and is more than willing to expand upon it and give her own insights and ideas to help move the listener beyond what they are experiencing.   “Often times when we put our rates up, people are more accountable and more committed” “What are you putting on you, that is actually about y

He explains the journey from starving, to joining the police force, and then painting full time. He describes a conversation that he and his wife had that inspired him to pursue art full time. He talks about talent and how he had to learn social media marketing and YouTube in much the same way someone learns to paint: mastery over time. He also shares that while he was learning these, he realized that paying it forward to other artists felt like the right thing to do. Finally he describes the various things he's d
