We chat with LilyDoxy - a Business Marketing Manager at Verizon who - through her work- gets to help startups and entrepreneurs succeed. After obtaining her Bachelor's Degree from Howard University, she started her career at Verizon and has been there for 11 years.  In 2017, she started  “From the Ground Up” - a series to meet small business owners and give them a platform to share their stories. Outside of her work at Verizon, Lily runs the Eve Brand and  specializes in assisting businesses learn how to secure sponsorships and funding. Back in episode 172, I told you all about how I quit my job. Two months have passed - what's happened?
