Physically Fit - Physically we need to nurture our bodies so that it may grow and be strong. We do not build a house on sand because it is not stable. Our bodies are God’s Temple (God’s House) so to show respect to God and ourselves we need to treat it as such.           How do we get physically fit in the day and time when as a society we have placed more value on value meals, instead of “physically” getting off the sofa/couch to turn the channel, even riding the elevator up two floors  then walking? Simple changes in our daily routine can help get us in better physical shape if you can not afford a gym membership. Here are a few examples that I have found to be very helpful for me over the years. 1.     If you work in an office, you can walk around your office while you are conducting business whether on the phone or trying to think of the next idea for the work you do. 2.     Cut back on the value meals by taking the best value meal from your home. Cook a healthy meal the night before and use the left o

In order to see how the thinking of the US Government have went from using fire hoses to using Military Equipment to control not just the black community but all minority communities. I just think it is absolutely horrible that the Government is allowing military equipment to be on the streets operated by civilians, but what is more frightening is that they are in our communities.   I dont know, but I feel that the purchases can be rescinded if enough of our communities unite produce the documents/petitions.....its frightening because they are silently preparing to kill us by the masses.... just saw a video the question was "What would the world look like without BLACK PEOPLE" ... A Prayer for Guidance in a Relationship Both: Lord give me the courage and strength to keep all that you have set before me in your presence. Keep my heart, my mind, and my soul from wandering foolishly seeking the ill pleasures. Lord also help my love that you were gracious enough to send me from straying also. I know that without your love and guidance my life is not complete which makes my relationship incomplete. Teach us to be kind hearted to one another, never hurting them with selfish needs or wants, but giving us the power to give to each other all that they desire. Building God’s House Through Operation S.M.P.F.F. In today’s Lesson we learn about our priorities and purposes in which we build the House of God. 1Kings 5-8. In order to build the House of God (Our bodies) to its fullest grander we need to break down what “Operation S.M.P.F.F” means. S. = Spiritually we all need to take the time (First priority) to place God about all things. Once we have focused our time and energy for the Glory of God will be at peace within ourselves and others. M. = Mentally we need to remain focused and be prepared for all trials and tribulations. By being mentally prepared in life means that we are willing to accept that which comes our way because we have faith that this is part of God’s plan.
