Art Smitten host and comedy-lover Nick spoke with comedian Cameron James on his upcoming Comedy Festival show, Electric Dreams on his teenage band years - “Before I became a comedian, I wanted to be a f*%king rockstar". They spoke about how James got into comedy, their favourite early 2000s rock groups and some of his early sets that went awry. Madeleine Martiniello spoke with Art Smitten's Cristina all about the filmmaking process behind her debut feature documentary, Palazzo di Cozzo, which features Australian furniture salesman and icon, Franco Cozzo. Madeleine is also set to speak at the Australian International Documentary Conference (AIDC) in a session titled Cinematic Observations: the Craft of Capturing the Moment on Monday the 7th of March. Art Smitten's Portia spoke with actress Annabelle Tudor about what it's like to play Titania in a musical adaptation of Shakespeare's iconic play, A Midsummer Night's Dream. The Melbourne Shakespeare Company production features hit tracks from Kylie Minogue, Missy Higgins, and Oasis.  The production plays at Central Park in Malvern from the 26th of Feb to the 13th of March. Tina Stefanou is Australian-Greek artist who doesn’t limit her practice to just one medium. She experiments across photo, video, performance and more, and has exhibited her work all over the world, including the Salt Museum in Istanbul and the Sydney Opera House.  She is now one of the Victorian finalists in the running to win the 67th Blake Prize with her work titled ‘Babuskarism: Grandmothers started the revolution”. Mind Meng Wang, a finalist for the 2021 Art Music Awards for her piece An Improvisation Through Time and Space 穿越时光的即兴. Mindy grew up on a Chinese university campus and starting learning the guzheng from her neighbour at a young age.
