Solo once again, and I'm here to answer your questions. Before that, I have a brief bit of info on what I'm driving now and later in the week. Also, I just put out a new Shift Happens video focusing on restoring the paint on my '74 Benz. Then it's question time and like always, you all deliver wonderfully.

I'm solo on this one but I've still got a few things to talk about. Namely, the recent bit of seat time I had with the Superformance Grand Sport Corvette, the return of my 1974 Mercedes-Benz 280 Sedan, and a few other odds and ends. After that I dive straight into your questions because it gets silly trying to babble away when I'm by myself. Plus you've all got some great questions, and I am in a hurry to answer them.

Zack Klapman is back in the podcast studio, and he joins us in a discussion on some fresh news items. We chat about the McLaren body armor built for a billionaire, Toyota's new GR sub-brand, and that rad Ford Lightning Tribute truck sold in Georgia.After that it's time for your questions, and there's a lot of them so we never get to chatting about our own drives and recent vehicular experiences.

Chris and I dive into a bit of the news making its way 'round the old Internet this week. Friend of Hooniverse Joel Strickland is an Australian photographer. He's contributed to our site, and also produces great imagery work for a whole lot of automakers and motorsports teams in his native land. Joel happened to be stateside for a few days, so we invited him on to the podcast.We're going to learn about some Aussie beer before diving into the world of the automobile.

That means when we don't have a guest we're to start the episode off by running down some interesting news items from the past week or so.Today we're talking about:Mazda getting ready to bring a production HCCI engine into its lineup.Forza adds 101 more cars to Forza Motorsport 7.Volkswagen says it's going to bring us a Passat GT.The Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk gets a price tag.After that, we dive into your questions and then give some updates about what we're driving and where we're going.

Our friend Ezekiel Wheeler comes by the show to talk about his fresh take on the car show. It's a pop-up deal that happens every so often, and there are five featured cars for folks to check out and learn about from their respective owners.We've also got the Audi TT-RS and RS3 to chat about, the Touge California, and then it's on to your questions.

The HoonTruck comes home after a brief stint in the shop. It's running better, has fresh front glass, and the exhaust outlets are now evenly lined up. Meanwhile, the Benz is about to go under the knife for some suspension fixes.Right now, I'm driving the Chevy Colorado ZR2 so I've got a few things to say about that. Coming up later in the week is the Jaguar F-Type R convertible and then it's off to the East Coast to drive the Audi RS3 and TT-RS at Lime Rock Park.Finally, we dive into your questions.

Running solo during this holiday week to try and get an episode up and out. I am sitting in my garage in the new Acura MDX hybrid and talking to my laptop, which is on my lap.Topics include my truck, my Benz, some upcoming rides, and a few upcoming trips. It's a short episode so I apologize for that but I wanted to make sure we got some content out for you.And I hit the reader questions from last week.

Dan Greenawalt, the Creative Director for Turn 10 Studios, swings by the podcast studio to talk about Forza 7. We dive into a bit of his current car love (A Mustang GT350), and press him for some details on the game before taking your questions. 

We're all in the studio and joined by guest Manuel Carrillo III. He's an automotive content machine doling out great pieces (both written and video-based) for a plethora of Internet Brands outlets. He's also a friend of Hooniverse. We brought Manuel in because we wanted to hear about his latest endeavor; restoring his father's old 1977 Porsche 911. This is a car that has been sitting for some time, but it's also the very car that brought a baby MC3 home from the hospital. He's invested in the outcome, and we want to learn more about it all.

I'm up in Seattle for the launch of the new Audi A4/S5 Sportback. It's a fine machine, but I just wish it was an Avant. Regardless, there are other things to talk about including the Indy 500. So onward to the questions which help me cover all the various topics we need to talk about.

I'm sitting in a hotel room in Marina Del Rey and tomorrow I'm going to drive the new Honda Civic Si. Before that happens, let's talk about some other cars. Recently I went to Canada to test Audi's new SQ5 and it was really good. I'm trying to decide what to do with the 1974 Benz W114 I bought, and I'm thinking of putting some new wheels on there. Finally, I'm getting ready to go and watch the Indy 500 this weekend and that should be quite awesome.

Chris, Zack, and myself are all in the studio for the first time in what feels like a long time... even though it's only been a few weeks.
