15/07/2019 Duration: 39minChatting With Sherri welcomes author; Crystal Westman! Crystal Westman herself calls the; "Intoxicated Witch," “a modern epic” comparing Flora’s long drug induced walk to an odyssey. Only this time it’s a female lead, and an edgy one at that. Flora is a modern day witch, comparable to characters such as Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Piper Phoebe and Prew from Charmed, yet the major difference is that she isn’t rich, or a teenager, or anything remotely similar to her counterparts. She is an addict. She isn’t out there fighting supernatural forces as you’d find in other witchy reads. Instead she’s battling her own demons, fighting multiple addictions and serious depression. This is a meta-masterpiece to be championed. “A book destined to be the next big thing in millennial pop culture, a voice longing to be heard.” “A soul-stirring odyssey into the depths of recovery”
