Romans 8:18-22 (KJV) 18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. 20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, 21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.    

Paul spoke of the great falling away from the faith inThessalonians.  Some could argue that he was referring to a "removal" of the believers via the rapture.  I have taught for years that his statement was a double referent, meaning that he was implying both events were somewhat simultaneous.  Now jump ahead to today's headlines coming out of the middle east and is it any wonder why people are giving up on faith due to fear?  Remember what Jesus said about fear... I hope you do.

And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. 5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.      

Middle east news is full of the prophetic, but a simple news bulletin out of Japan is confirming that the Days of Noah are fully complete.  It is only a matter of time, and I think it will be a short interlude, before the rapture of the true believer in Jesus Christ.  Remember, He is coming for those who have a relationship with Him and are looking for His return.

So little international news is being shown to the American people, makes me think that Americans are treated like mushrooms, kept in the dark and fed manure.  The events in the middle east are pointing towards conflict.  Did Jesus not say that this would happen before He returned?  Yes he did.  Be ready to meet Him.

Isaiah 54:17 (KJV) 17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.Isaiah 50:8-9 (KJV) 8 He is near that justifieth me; who will contend with me? let us stand together: who is mine adversary? let him come near to me. 9 Behold, the Lord GOD will help me; who is he that shall condemn me? lo, they all shall wax old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.      

To some, even me, the word easter is a bit offensive.  The name, the association with eggs and rabbits are all part of pagan lore.  By studying history, both Biblical and non-Biblical writings, AND using astronomical software, the date of our Lords death and ressurection can be determined.  Since this is the truth as I define truth, why not celebrate the resurrection on April 5th every year?  Nnow that's something to think about.

Matthew 13:24-30 (KJV) 24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: 25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. 26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. 27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? 28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? 29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

Christian persecution is open and on display for the world to see here in the USA.  We have not felt the sting of physical persecution, but the political and social outcrys against having faith in Jesus Christ are spreading like a wildfire.  I wonder if, just before the flood fell, that the social and perhaps political outcrys against Noah were similar to what we are hearing right now.

With the passing of Billy Graham, will the world experience revival or turmoil.  Who will rise to fill this great man of God's shoes, assuming that they can be filled? I was disheartened to see so little news coverage about his life and passing.  Yet, it did not surprise me.  For the most part the word does not want anything to do with Christianity so what is the alternative?  I think you can guess.
