Today we have been ingrafted or intergrated into they system where some have higher wages, better jobs, homes, you name it, but have we really dealt with the injustices of racism? Have we just learned how to be comfortable under the system of white supremacy? In today's world we have more things, but less money. Most Black People are still living paycheck to paycheck and some say the black middle class is a myth. Entrepreneurship is still in the Black Community. Race Relations in Post -Obama America appears to have gotten worst.Which brings us to our Question of the Day: Has Black America lost it's voice? This week we have seen protests,riots and more in the city of Freguson, Missouri following the death of  unharmed 18 year old teenager Michael Brown at the hands of a police officer.  We have seen a number of cases where black people, particularily black males have been gunned down under dubious incidents in the community without consequence in some cases. Which brings us to our Question of the Day: What is the value of Black Life in America? Do images and propaganda in the media, music & more help to devalue the African-American life & experience? We have a great show for you this Saturday. Two of the Honoree's for the 35th Anniversary of Michael Jackson's Off The Wall Album Tribute & Awards Benefits; Dr. Cherilyn Lee who was MJ's personal nurse will be honored for her work in the field of Holistic Medicine and for succesfully treating patients with Vitiligo & Lupus. We will discuss with Dr. Lee her new book "Written Before I was Born" & more. Then we will talk to another award's honoree, Michael Boogaloo Shrimp Chambers who is known for his breakout role as the charachter "Turbo" in Breakin 1 & Breakin 2. He is being honored for his contibutions to the entertainment industry as a dance ambassador & also teaching the King of Pop a few moves.  It also been 30 years since the hit movies Breakin 1 & Breakin 2, so we will catch up with Mr.Chambers about life since Breakin and his career in Dance. Cherilyn was Michael Jackson's former nurse and the first person to give the world insight into what may have happened inthe untimely death of Michael Jackson. Dr. Lee is being honored for her work with Vitalago & Lupus patients. This week the Arsenio Hall was cancelled by it's distributor CBS after it was promised a second season. Arsenio Hall is a legend in late night tv and is the basic template for what we see today with the Fallon's & the Kimmel's of late night. CBS claims it cancelled due to lack of ratings.
