What is holding you back from getting through the storms in your life? Is it fear? Fear makes it hard to recognize Jesus - and fear makes you as afraid of the solution as of the situation.

How faithful are you in your devotion to God? In the midst of your troubles, God has not abandoned you. He promises to draw near to you as you draw near to him.

Don't change the subject with God: his subject is grace, but we want to make it into religion. But religion will cause you to miss what God is trying to do through you.
