I am at the Vietnam memorial.

Facing It by Yusef Komunyakaa. This poem is a Vietnam War veteran who treasures the wall. The poem makes the wall seem like a monster taking in the dead though. This is a very meaningful poem.

This poem means a lot because we have come all this way and we should treat each other fairly and nobody should be more deserving because no matter who we are or what we look like, we are all living people who should be treated the same.

"On liberty and Slavery" is a powerful poem which describes the desires of a slave.
