It's one thing to be thankful in certain moments, it's another thing for our hearts to remain thankful in all circumstances. So, are there any tips that the Bible gives us for how to remain thankful? As Thanksgiving is approaching, it's a good time of the year to do a diagnostic of our lives to check and see if our hearts are thankful. In this message we will discuss the history behind Thanksgiving and dissect 2 Corinthians 9 which is about using our giving to bring thanks to God!

As we are deciding who to vote for, where should our focus be as Christians? With all of the things in our world right now, like the elections and the corruption in the government, what are we to do? We all have questions like: Why do the wicked prosper? Why does it sometimes seem as if God is not doing anything in this world? Shouldn't we as the church rise up and try to put a stop to this, or should we remain uninvolved? In this chapter we get an application into these questions.

At the end of the day jealousy does more damage to our lives and our relationships than good, which is why it is something we are to turn away from.
