Sinai Hospital report these results after studying the levels of anti-CoVid antibodies in the breast milk of 50 women before and after vaccination.    In terms of IgA levels, 93% of Moderna recipients developed significant levels compared with 74% of those getting Pfizer and 54% of those receiving J&J.  For secretory antibodies, 86% for Moderna vs. 61% for either Pfizer or J&J.  For IgG, 100% of those receiving either the Moderna or Pfizer had a significant increase versus only 62% for J&J.   Since anti-CoVid vaccines have not yet been approved for infants and children under 12, this study suggests that breastmilk from Moderna-vaccinated mothers is most likely to passively transfer CoVid immunity.    https://ww
