Hour 3 - The Knicks may be running through the regular season but when it comes to playing the best of the best in the NBA they're struggling. It's Conference Finals or bust for the Knicks and Keith doesn't think the Knicks are set up for that type of run.

Hour 2 - Juan Soto better be ready to show out for the Mets this year with the amount of money they're giving to him.

Hour 1 - The Yankees can't be content with what they have done because there are too many questions still to be answered.

Hour 2 - The MLB season may be a month and a half away but the fans of the Mets and Yankees are already in midseason form!

Hour 1 - The Mets are at the beginning of their full on rebrand but Keith wasn't too impressed with what Steve Cohen had to say down at Spring Training today.

Hour 3 - The Jets and Giants need a QB and every available QB seems to be tied to both franchises. Plus, Aaron Boone enters another season on the hot seat with the fans.
