Join us as we conclude our Advent series by considering the great and wondrous gifts given to us by God. As we transition to a new year, God’s gifts to us are a source of encouragement and hope.

What do you give to somebody who has everything? Join us as we explore faulty reasons for giving to God, the basis of what makes a gift acceptable to God, as well as some suggestions of what we can offer to God.

At Christmas it is easy for us to adopt a self-focused attitude so that even in our giving of gifts we are jockeying for a desirous gift in return. Yet the new life we have received in Christ calls us to a fundamental re-orientation that seeks the good of the other. Join us as we discover 5 gifts we can give one another this Christmas!

We are called to pursue spiritual maturity with intentionality and eagerness. The Christmas season affords many opportunities to grow in grace and godliness if we will embrace these opportunities as blessings from God. Join us as we consider 7 “gifts” to help you grow closer to Christlikeness this Christmas!

Christmas affords us many opportunities for spiritual reflection and growth, but Satan gets in the “gift giving mood” in his attempt to distract and derail us from receiving the good that could be ours in this holiday. Join us as we explore what the Devil may try to “gift” you this year and how to identify and reject his “presents."

Reconciliation, the restoration of right relationship between two or more persons, is predicated upon forgiveness. Though we are commanded to forgive, few things are more difficult for us to do. Join us as we consider what lessons this beautiful picture of reconciliation has for us and for our church!

As we conclude our study of the Doctrines of Grace, today we consider the question of eternal security. Is it possible for a believer to “lose” his/her salvation? The doctrine of limited atonement, or particular redemption, is one of the most controversial doctrines of the Faith. However, properly understood it is one of the loveliest and most comforting truths God has revealed to us in Scripture. Join us as we explore the Bible’s teaching that in accordance with the will of the Father, the Son came and accomplished the redemption of all whom the Father had given him, and learn why this enables us to truly say, “Jesus died for me!"

Few doctrines elicit the degree of emotional response as does the doctrine of predestination. This doctrine is a litmus test, of sorts, revealing our deepest commitments and priorities. Do we operate out of a fundamentally human-centered mindset, or do we recognize God’s prerogative to be God? Join us as we explore Scriptures bold - and clear - assertion that from start to finish, salvation belongs to the Lord!

From today’s passage we learn that the problem facing us as people is far worse than we expect. It is against this bleak backdrop of human wickedness that the marvelous wonder of God’s grace shines most brightly. Join us as we learn about the true depths of our corruption and of the God whose grace is even greater!

As we commence our study of the doctrines of grace, it is worth asking: “At 502 years old, is the Reformation still relevant?” Join us as Pastor Ben explores why the Reformation remains worth remembering and worth celebrating... and why it still has something to say to the current day!

As we bring our study of Colossians to a close, we are reminded of the Christ magnifying purpose for which all things were created, and the Christ-centered focus and orientation of the new life we have been given in Jesus. Throughout this letter, Paul has stressed the fact of Christ's supremacy as well as practical implications of it. In this passage we get a sense of the missional clarity and operational focus that should inform our prayers, action, and conversations. Join us as Pastor Ben unpacks the verses.
