Ahead of Women's Football Weekend, Al spoke to the Albion's new Women's & Girls' General Manager, flighted in from UEFA to talk about her career so far, and her new role at Lancing.

Football Supporters' Association chief executive Kevin Miles joined Ady, Al and football finance expert and all-round dude Kieran Maguire for a discussion on a manic week off the football pitch. Executive Director Martin Perry was finally allowed to retire this month after 23 years on the Board of Directors at Brighton & Hove Albion. He took out an hour of his time to talk to Ady & Al about just a small part of his time here, the people he's met, and the legacy his efforts have left behind.

With Lewis Dunk signing (another) 5-year deal, and the club holding a forum into fans returning, and how well the new shirt is selling, Paul gave us the inside track into the club's working during the summer. A longer-than-usual end-of-season natter with Albion Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Paul Barber. It has been a hectic time since Covid lockdown, so Paul explains many of the things going on behind the scenes from health checks, setting up a Covid Testing Centre at the stadium, Project Restart, finances, new signings, next season, new kit and much more besides.
