Have you ever been in an argument where you just wished the other person would stop talking and start listening? It’s frustrating to speak and not be heard. So, how can we communicate in a way that encourages listening?

God desires us to be people who communicate well, who use our communication effectively.

When we experience loss, the God of all comfort comforts us in our sorrow.

When the God above us seems to no longer protect us from the elements that threaten us, we throw ourselves on his unfailing love.

When the structures that give form and protection to our lives collapse, God’s promise is to save those who trust in him.

When the foundations of our lives shift and shake, God is our ultimate security.

"Oxford dictionary defines resilience as the power or capacity to return to the original form. The reality is that these past few weeks have strained and bent us in unimaginable ways, and we yearn to return to our original form; however, as we wait for that wondrous day might we use this time of isolation to develop a richer picture of who God is, and why we follow? I pray we do."

"How are you spending your time during this time of social isolation? The Gospels show us Jesus is less concerned about how much time will pass than how that time is spent. From the very early stages of his life Jesus was about doing His Father’s business and the Gospels give so many examples of how you can do the Father’s business."

We can face death differently because of two words: Jesus rose.
