    Change can be hard. It can be frustrating. It can feel lonely. For much of my life I felt exhausted by work I hadn't even yet done...I felt like the road ahead of me was impossible. I could choose to upset myself by fixating on what I don't yet have, on how far I have to go, on the gap between where I am and where I want to be and the work I'll have to do to change.
