Today’s topic is a little bit different - I have a quick update for you on my Instagram account…   First, let’s call on our 5 questions. These questions are the bookends to your day - answer 1 and 2 in the morning, and 3 - 5 at night.  What’s one thing I’m grateful for? What’s one thing I’ll accomplish today that will bring me one step closer to my goal?  What’s something that’s working well for me right now?  What’s something that’s not working well for me right now?
