In today’s episode, we talk to Marty Sutherland. Marty is currently the associate head coach and recruiting coordinator at the University of Iowa. He gives some great insight and great tips to those who are going through the recruiting process right now. He also talks about what he's looking for and how they do things at Iowa from a development standpoint. He mentions some of the things that are important to them at Iowa.
