The most dangerous time for me is after I have made the first mistake. This is an idea that helps me to avoid making the same mistakes repeatedly, and from digging myself into a whole I cannot get out of. For all of you gamers out there, this power thought helps me to avoid going on "tilt." The phrase "going on tilt" comes from poker where a player is most likely to lose all of their money once they make a major mistake. They will become so obsessed with getting their money back, that they will begin to play foolishly. I just went down in this game of zombies I am playing, and I am most likely to go down again and lose the game immediately after making this first mistake. I am thankful today to be aware of the mistakes I make in life, and to avoid going on tilt!
